Horizontal adjustment column to adjust the fiber clamping tightness

Clockwise: tighten Counterclockwise: Loose

Z-axis adjustment column adjusts fiber exposure length

Clockwise: move down Counterclockwise: move up
 

Operation method:
1. Prepare matching abrasive pads, sandpaper and place the abrasive jig on the abrasive machine;
2. Turn the jig horizontal adjustment column, then arrange the bare optical fiber neatly and tighten it clockwise;
3. Fix the four corners of the grinding jig and start the grinder;
4. According to the actual situation, keep adjusting the Z-axis adjusting post on the grinding jig to adjust the fiber exposure length.
