Product Description:
The FA polarization-maintaining fiber alignment system is designed by Shenzhen Niufeibo Technology Limited and is specially used for FA alignment of the entire fiber array. Glue replenishment operation, and finally complete the heating and pre-curing. The custom horizontal and vertical grid lines ensure that the angle deviation behind the axis is far less than ±3 degrees.

Operation process (353ND glue-cured FA ferrule or single-core ceramic ferrule):
(1) Strip off the optical fiber coating, and the length of the 125um core is 22-30mm;
(2) Cleave the fiber: use a fiber cleaver, and leave the fiber core 12~15mm long;
(3) Dispensing: inject an appropriate amount of 353ND epoxy glue into the ferrule;
(4) Fixed ferrule: Fix the FA ferrule on the positioning part, and the dispensing window is upward;
(5) Cleaning the fiber core: Use a cotton swab to clean the front end of the fiber core to remove dirt, and the panda eyes are clearly visible;
(6) Alignment: rotate the alignment axis for the FA fiber to maintain the polarization, place the panda eye in the correct position, fix the position of the fiber, prevent the axis from rotating after the alignment, and proceed to the next step after the alignment of the axis is completed;
(7) Pre-curing: turn on the pre-curing switch, and heat for 5-10 minutes to initially cure the 353ND glue;
(8) Complete curing: place the pre-cured ferrule and connector on the curing oven for full 15 minutes and 120 degrees heat curing;
(9) Assembly: Assemble the cured ceramic ferrule into a finished connector and complete the crimping. The FA ferrule does not need to be assembled and directly mounted and ground;
(10) Grinding: Finish the optical fiber end face polishing through 4~5 grindings;
(11) 3D test: Detect the 3D geometric parameters of the connector as needed. If there is no requirement, it may not be tested;
(12) End face inspection: Check the fiber end face for scratches/white spots/black spots/edge cracks and other defects, if not, it is judged as a good product;
(13) Extinction ratio and loss test: use a special polarization extinction ratio tester and a broadband light source to complete the test, and determine the product OK and NG according to customer standards.
