D1.8-APC-40CR Capillary Center Pressure Polishing Fixture is developed and designed by Shenzhen Neofibo Technology Limited and is specially designed for grinding 1.8mm diameter APC capillary tubes. The product adopts screw locking method, one second locking ferrule one second disassembling ferrule, one time can grind 40 capillary tubes at the same time, each station independent pressure, grinding end surface effect is excellent, can be customized for different diameter of the ferrule grinding jig.

1.This jig is specially designed for capillary grinding of 1.80mm diameter, and can grind PC and APC end face;

2.Adopts unique screw locking method, easily realizing one second locking inserts, faster loading and unloading disk;

3.Can grind up to 40 inserts simultaneously at one time, with high grinding efficiency and good grinding effect.

4.Grinding fixture has the characteristics of high reliability and high consistency;
