Product Description:
PMF-421P-FA8CH PM fiber optic alignment system is designed by Shenzhen Neofibo Technology Limited, which is specially designed for alignment of 8-channel FA fiber optic arrays, with high-definition camera and internal/external light source to ensure clear imaging of the fiber optic end-face, ensuring accurate panda's eye alignment, efficient dispensing or replenishment operation, and finally completing the UV curing. Customized horizontal and vertical grid lines ensure that the angular deviation after alignment is much less than ±3 degrees.

 
Key Feature:
1.Dedicated to FA 8-channel fiber optic array alignment, efficient alignment;
2.UV curing FA fiber optic arrays to protect FA ferrules;
3.Each channel has an independent rotator, anti-interference ability;
4.HD camera imaging 100-800 times magnification, effective control of the alignment angle is less than ± 3 degrees;
5.Multiple horizontal and vertical grid lines to ensure fast and slow axis consistency;
6.Three-axis adjustment frame precision control, fine-tuning accuracy of ± 0.01mm;
7.Internal and external light source to ensure clear end-face imaging of the PM fiber;
8.600x500mm optical platform is convenient for system expansion;
9.After the catenary alignment is completed, the fiber can be heated and cured directly in the fiber ferrule or capillary tube;
10.Spindle adjustment angle 0~360 degrees.
 
Operation process (UV adhesive curing FA ferrule or single ceramic ferrule):
(1) Strip the fiber coating layer, 125um fiber length 22-30mm;
(2) Cutting fiber: use fiber optic cutting knife, fiber fiber length of 12-15mm;
(3) Dispensing: Inject the appropriate amount of UV adhesive into the fiber;
(4) Fixing the fiber: Fix the FA fiber on the positioning piece with the dispensing window upward;
(5) Clean the fiber: use cotton swabs to clean the front of the fiber, remove dirt, clearly visible panda eyes;
(6) Alignment axis: the FA fiber to keep the bias rotation of the alignment axis, the panda eyes placed in the correct position, fixed fiber position, to prevent the rotation of the alignment axis after the completion of the next step after the fixation of the alignment axis;
(7) Curing: Turn on the UV curing equipment switch, light curing for 2~3 minutes;
(8) Assembly: After curing ceramic inserts assembled into finished connectors and complete crimping, FA inserts do not need to be assembled directly mounted disk grinding;
(9) grinding: through 4~5 grinding to complete the fiber end face polishing;
(10) 3D test: as needed to detect the connector 3D geometric parameters, if not required, may not test;
(11) End face inspection: check the fiber end face for scratches / no white spots / no black spots / no edge breaks and other defects, if not judged as good;
(12) Extinction ratio and loss test: use special polarization extinction ratio tester and broadband light source to complete the test, according to customer standards to determine whether the product is qualified or unqualified.
