PMMA fiber, also known as plastic fiber (POF), polymer fiber, is a type of fiber made from polymer. Similar to glass fibers, POF transmits light through the fiber core (for fiber lighting or data transmission).

Compared with traditional fiber, PMMA fiber has better bending radius and tensile properties.

 

Our single core side emission fiber cables come in two types: solid side luminous fiber and solid side luminous cable. It is a single large-diameter filament that can transmit light over considerable distances. Light travels optically through the entire solid core, requiring no electricity or heat. By covering the transparent PVC cover, the fiber can be well protected, with UV protection.
