Description:
BFJIG-1F-SQ single bare fiber grinding jig is developed and designed by Shenzhen Neofibo Technology Limited, which is specially used for polishing 1.5mm diameter bare fiber. This product adopts clamping work-piece to lock the bare fiber, Z-axis can be adjusted to control the bare fiber core exposure length, polishing end-face effect is excellent, this fixture can be increased to a maximum of three polishing stations, improve polishing efficiency, can be customized for different diameter bare fiber polishing fixture.
 

Main Features:

• This fixture is designed for grinding 1.5mm diameter bare fiber, and can grind PC and APC endface;
• Adopts unique workholding clamping locking, which can realize non-destructive clamping of bare fiber;
• Comes standard with grinding single optical fiber, high grinding precision and good grinding effect;
• This fixture can be increased to a maximum of three grinding stations to improve grinding efficiency;
• Polishing parameters after debugging, end face grinding effect is excellent;
• This polishing fixture is universal for most of the four-corner pressurized grinding machine models on the market.
