Description:

The benchtop eight-channel red light source uses a 650nm light as the light-emitting device, with an output power of up to 10mW; it also supports eight optical circuit fault detection. It can be used for visual testing of optical fibres, optical cables and connectors. When there is a break in the optical fibre under test, the light propagating along the fibre will leak light at the break, thus determining the location of the fibre break. Single-mode and multimode fibres can be tested using this method. This series of products can be used for active and passive device testing, single and multiple optical circuit testing at the same time, and is particularly suitable for multiple testing of optical devices required for mass production.
